Connections

The tensioned steel wire is securely attached to the post by wrapping it with Ø 2.0 stainless steel binding wire.
The mesh and tensioned steel wire are fixed in place using dedicated stainless steel buckles for enhanced stability.
Surface Technology

The post substrate is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating of ≥80 g/m², followed by an outer layer of polyester electrostatic powder coating with a thickness of ≥100 μm for superior corrosion resistance.
The steel wire is hot-dip galvanized with a zinc layer of ≥80 g/m² and finished with a PVC coating of ≥0.5 mm thickness, ensuring enhanced durability and weather resistance.
Every component undergoes hot-dip galvanization, achieving a zinc coating of 550 g/m² to provide exceptional durability and long-term performance.
