Secure Product Packaging for Shipping
To ensure the safe and secure transportation of products for overseas projects, especially during long-distance sea shipments, our company offers tailored packaging solutions for various product categories. Steel wire welded mesh packaging scheme
Our steel wire welded mesh is packaged with utmost care to ensure safe and damage-free transportation. The packaging process is meticulously designed as follows:
Pallet Material Options:
High-temperature baked composite board pallets or steel pallets.
Iron pallets are used for bottom cargo within containers, while wooden pallets are used for upper cargo within containers.
Layered Stacking Method:
The mesh is stacked in layers, with every 4 layers forming a single unit.
Each unit is secured at all four corners with packing tape, and separated by pearl cotton soft packaging for added protection.
Strapping and Fastening:
The entire package is securely fastened with strapping straps.
Straps are equipped with soft protective padding to prevent any potential damage to the product.
Multi-Layer External Packaging:
First Layer: Pearl cotton soft wrap.
Second Layer: Bubble wrap for additional cushioning.
Third Layer: Tightly wrapped film for secure coverage.
Corner Protection:
All four corners of the package are equipped with corner protectors to enhance protection during handling and transportation.
This comprehensive packaging scheme is specifically designed to safeguard the product during long-distance transportation, ensuring it arrives at its destination in perfect condition.
Steel wire hook mesh packaging scheme
The steel tray features four anti-collapse columns welded at each corner for added stability.
Each hook and loop net is individually rolled and packaged, with each roll measuring 5 meters. After rolling, the net is wrapped in a woven bag for protection.
The packaging employs a layered stacking method for efficiency.
The entire product is securely fastened with a strapping strap, which is equipped with soft packaging protection to prevent any damage.
The external packaging consists of three layers: the first layer is pearl cotton soft wrap, the second layer is bubble wrap, and the third layer is tightly wrapped with shrink film.

The exterior is further reinforced with a high-temperature baked composite board for maximum protection.
Sliding Gate Accessories Packaging
All sliding gate accessories are packed in wooden boxes made from high-temperature baked composite board materials.
The packaging follows a three-layer protection approach:
1.The first layer is pearl cotton soft wrap.
2.The second layer is bubble wrap.
3.The third layer is tightly wrapped film.
Turnstile Gate Packaging Solution
All turnstile gate accessories are securely packed in wooden boxes made from high-temperature baked composite board materials.
The packaging includes the same three-layer protection:
1.Pearl cotton soft wrap as the first layer.
2.Bubble wrap as the second layer.
3.Tightly wrapped film as the third layer.
This comprehensive packaging ensures your gates and accessories are well-protected during transportation.
Fence Products Shipping Scheme
After packaging, we arrange for trucks to transport the fence products ordered by customers to the designated port.
As illustrated in the page’s figure, suitable containers are allocated for sea transportation upon arrival at the port of origin. Shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location.
For sea transportation to Europe, North America, or South America, the delivery time typically ranges from 30 to 60 days, depending on specific routes and conditions. We ensure the goods safely arrive at the unloading port.
We primarily operate under the FOB (Free on Board) shipping method; however, other shipping options can be arranged based on the actual order requirements.
Once at the unloading port, the goods can be delivered to a warehouse or directly transported to the project site through inland transportation arranged by the customer.
