2. What types of metal fencing products do you offer?

We specialize in high-end metal perimeter security products, including:

• Wire Mesh Fencing (such as 358 fencing, BRC fencing, chain link fencing, 3D/2D fencing, etc., commonly used in industrial parks, ports, airports, and other areas requiring separation or security).
• Steel Tube Fencing/Railings/Guardrails (suitable for roads, municipal, and industrial applications).

We offer both standard products and customized solutions tailored to your specific needs. However, we do not provide temporary fencing solutions.

Our factory covers a total area of 118,000 square meters and is equipped with its own galvanizing workshop, coating workshop, and welding facilities, ensuring we have the capacity to handle your orders without any concerns.

With advanced production equipment, a well-established supply chain system, and sufficient annual production capacity, we are fully capable of handling large-volume orders. Whether it’s a small batch trial order or long-term, stable supply, we can meet your needs.

7. How are your product prices?

As a direct factory supplier, we can offer highly competitive prices while ensuring top-quality products. 8. Do you have any certifications for your fencing products?

Our products are manufactured in strict accordance with international quality system standards and undergo rigorous internal quality testing to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and safety at industry-leading levels. Currently, our factory has not applied for certifications in specific regions, but we can provide third-party test reports upon request or cooperate with certification bodies you designate for testing. If you have specific certification requirements, feel free to communicate with us, and we will offer the necessary support.

9. Can you provide samples of your fencing products?

Yes, we can provide samples. The sample cost and shipping fees can be discussed based on the product type and destination. Once confirmed, we will arrange for shipment.

10. What is the delivery lead time for your fencing products?

The delivery time depends on the order quantity and product type. Generally, standard products are delivered within 25 days. For custom products, the lead time will be determined based on the design and production specifics. However, with our well-established supply chain management, we can ensure on-time delivery.

11 . Which countries have your fence products been exported to?

Our products have been exported to many countries and regions, including Southeast Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. Our clients include industrial enterprises, government projects, construction companies, and security firms. Whether it’s international standard certifications or local requirements, we have extensive experience.

12. Do you provide certificates of origin?

We can provide certificates of origin (CO). If your country has relevant tariff preferences, we can also apply for the appropriate certificates of origin (such as Form E or Form RCEP). Please let us know your specific requirements, and we can arrange accordingly.

13. What are your payment terms?

We mainly support payment terms of FOB and CIF. The specific payment conditions can be negotiated based on the order amount and the nature of the collaboration.

14. Do you handle the installation?

We don’t provide on-site installation, but we offer comprehensive installation guidance, including manuals and video tutorials, and can arrange remote support from our technical team. However, if the project requires it, we can also arrange for a professional team to handle on-site installation (subject to further negotiation).
